I’m facing the same issue again this month; it says I have no access to my child's device, suggesting it might be switched off. My concern is why this keeps happening on the 13th of each month. When I contact support, they recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the application, which requires a unique key purchase. This is frustrating since I already have an annual subscription that doesn't expire until the end of Q3 next year. The same problem occurred on previous months, and here I am again.
