customer service was awesome

customer service was awesome. let me know shipping arrival, if clothes fit well. which i needed a shirt to be re-done and got me the fit i needed. and i am fully thankful for all their help. every step of the way they were there to help. the clothing is very well made, and comfortable.i highly recommend them for your clothing needs.

An amazing use of AI! Measure yourself using the App and then order some clothes. They arrived a few days later and fit perfectly. Planning to order more and replace my aging wardrobe!

MTailor makes good on its work

MTailor makes good on its work. I had the sewing begin to unravel on the back pocket of the jeans I purchased. They remade them and the new pair fit even better than the ones they replace.

Awesome experience

Yes, this really works out great for measurements. I did some slight tweaking after initial measuring and got my first shirt in. It was almost perfect, but they remade it and sent me another one and now it's perfect. Am definitely ordering more!!

Great experience

Ordered a suit, jeans and a shirt. Jacket and jeans came fitted nice. Pants and shirt needed alterations. Rob at MTailor made the resizing order very easy and convenient. 2nd time around everything was perfect. Now my measurements are on file. Will def order again. Very positive experience!

I got pants 1/2 inch long

I got pants 1/2 inch long. M said to wash first and send back if it didn’t work. It did work. They have real people you can call, and they are ALL nice! If they go public I want to own a chunk. Can’t wait to see new cooler shirt fabrics.

I ordered a suit- the trousers were quite roomy.

I ordered a suit, the trousers of which were too roomy in the waist and seat, and the rise was too high. I worked with an MTailor’s fitter, whose recommended adjustments seemed somewhat extreme (2 inch reduction in waist and rise), but I trusted him. The remade trousers fit perfectly, and I’m very satisfied!
