The shirt looks absolutely perfect on my husband. We both love the shirt. We were a little apprehensive when ordering, it traditionally he always went to a men’s store to be measured etc. however this experience has been perfect and convenient. My husband will be ordering more to include a new suit soon.
Ordered my first pair of jeans with some degree of skepticism. Unfortunately the first pair delivered did not fit properly. MTailor lived up to their word and remade them at no cost to me. A great experience buying a suit ! I needed a suit, I have had the MTailor app on my phone for quite some time, I read about and saved it. I ordered the suit and a dress shirt, the suit jacket was a bit tight, MTailor had already emailed me to make sure I wass happy, I mentioned the tight coat, the next day I had a Zoom call with a rep who had me wear the whole suit and shirt, she elected to remake the coat and dress shirt, both arrived yesterday and fit like a glove, my post lady is excited, she has a wedding to attend later in the year and she hates shopping, you'll have another customer !

Their process was seamless—they analyzed images we provided, identified the necessary adjustments, and remade one shirt for us to try. It arrived fitting perfectly! From there, they proceeded to remake the remaining three shirts, ensuring everything was just right.What truly impressed us was their generosity—they never even asked for the original shirts back. This level of customer service is rare, and it’s one of the many reasons we keep coming back. MTailor does exactly what they say they'll do. I have never had bespoke clothing in my life until now. This app measured me for jeans. They were pretty close, but not quite right. A bit too tight, and they showed my butt crack when I sat down. I sent them a picture. A second pair of jeans, at no additional cost, arrived. They fit perfectly. The waistline in back is higher than in front. They have a separate pocket for my cell phone, also at no additional cost. I recommend the Mtailor app.
