In the beginning I had a great experience but on so I have received a fraudulent check, they’ve been harassing me they haven’t allowed me to receive my PPP claiming that I am a fraud one of the agents from the fraud department Brendan Kenneth blatantly yelled in my ear cussing and called me a fraud and told me this is why I’m not receiving my phones I respectfully told him I would allow him to close the account send the money back to the SBA and he acted like I was being funny and still called me a fraud I have all my paperwork for my business everything for my employees I can’t believe these people closing my account because I got Scammed. I feel very disrespected and I feel like this experience has traumatize me because this guy literally yelled at me and down talk to me like I was nobody! Also the guy Patrick from M&T in Rochester Lied to me and told me that he will fix the situation and now I am going through this I will be calling my lawyer.
