My son fell victim to a scam involving a fraudulent check, and upon discovering this, I promptly reached out to the bank to report the incident. I acted honestly, detailed the situation, and sought their advice. Rather than offering support to a loyal customer trying to do the right thing, the bank opted to close all my accounts. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I was the one who reported the fraud and looked for help. I anticipated empathy and protection, not repercussions for my honesty. I sincerely hope the bank reassesses its approach towards loyal customers who voice their concerns. This experience has left me feeling abandoned during a time when I needed support the most.
