I purchased a mug and a phone cover. The quality of both items is good, but the advertisements are misleading; the mug appears black in the pictures, although it’s actually white with a black handle and interior. There's an unattractive white band behind the handle that could fit two more lines of albums, which would look much better in black. I also ordered a custom phone cover with my chosen albums in a specific order, but they arranged them randomly, which hid my favorite behind the camera and made it unreadable. The quality and fit were excellent, and there were no issues with ordering or shipping in time for Christmas. However, I noticed that the service offers music groups like classic country, hip hop, and metal, allowing for up to 120 albums on a cup, but there’s no option for classic rock with that many albums—a missed opportunity. Additionally, I received no response from customer service when I reached out.
