There had been a problem with a late delivery that turned out to be no fault of Mtervodesign, but my local post office. When the matter was brought to the attention of Mtervodesign, they quickly rectified the situation, and the four mugs I ordered were resent (at no extra charge to me) and in the hands of their new owners in three days. Customer service was friendly and efficient, and the mugs were a huge hit. My mom has used hers almost every day since; she said it's unique and personal to her. My father-in-law didn't recognize all the bands and albums on his 70s and 80s rock mug so not only did he love the novelty and vintage look, he discovered "new" old music he likes. Well done! I had a very negative experience with this company. I purchased a mug as a Christmas gift, but the post office held it due to issues with postage. Although I received a refund after reporting the situation, I have no intention of ordering from this company again.

It turns out that mugs are shipped from one location while shirts come from another country, which would have been useful to know beforehand. Additionally, it's questionable to list two separate parcels under the same shipping label, raising concerns about their practices. Overall, a lot of frustration could have been avoided with clearer communication regarding shipping details.
I placed an order for 3 retro mugs, but they were never delivered. The tracking information indicates that they were picked up by the postal service for suspicious shipping. My credit card statement shows a charge from a company in Hong Kong. I feel this site is entirely fraudulent.
I purchased a mug and a phone cover. The quality of both items is good, but the advertisements are misleading; the mug appears black in the pictures, although it’s actually white with a black handle and interior. There's an unattractive white band behind the handle that could fit two more lines of albums, which would look much better in black. I also ordered a custom phone cover with my chosen albums in a specific order, but they arranged them randomly, which hid my favorite behind the camera and made it unreadable. The quality and fit were excellent, and there were no issues with ordering or shipping in time for Christmas. However, I noticed that the service offers music groups like classic country, hip hop, and metal, allowing for up to 120 albums on a cup, but there’s no option for classic rock with that many albums—a missed opportunity. Additionally, I received no response from customer service when I reached out.
The Cassette Mug is amazing. The images are clear and it matches the description perfectly. Initially, I received the wrong mug and left a negative review, unsure if there was a solution. I was pleasantly surprised when they responded promptly, offered to send the correct mug via express shipping, and apologized for the error. I'm used to disappointing customer service, but this experience has restored my faith! Thank you and great work!
I placed an order on November 20, and it was stuck in transit for nearly two weeks. Then, I received a notification saying that the package was seized due to counterfeit postage, and I won’t be receiving it. I'm extremely upset about this situation.
