There had been a problem with a late delivery that turned out to be no fault of Mtervodesign, but my local post office. When the matter was brought to the attention of Mtervodesign, they quickly rectified the situation, and the four mugs I ordered were resent (at no extra charge to me) and in the hands of their new owners in three days. Customer service was friendly and efficient, and the mugs were a huge hit. My mom has used hers almost every day since; she said it's unique and personal to her. My father-in-law didn't recognize all the bands and albums on his 70s and 80s rock mug so not only did he love the novelty and vintage look, he discovered "new" old music he likes. Well done!
