I first shared my experience on this platform on August 13th 2021 after encountering several issues with mtgox. On that day I submitted a support request in the hope of receiving proper guidance but to my disappointment no one from their team has ever responded directly to me. The only form of communication I received was a response to my earlier review posted here which gave me the impression that customer concerns are not being prioritized as they should be. From my perspective if Mtgox truly valued their customers and operated with a higher level of professionalism they would have designed the reactivation process to be optional rather than compulsory. Many loyal long-term customers myself included found this requirement inconvenient and unnecessary. That said once I eventually went through the reactivation I was able to process my withdrawal successfully and the funds reached my wallet without further issues. This shows that the withdrawal system itself works effectively once the conditions are met. However making the reactivation optional would have been a far more customer-friendly approach and would have inspired greater trust in the platform. As an old customer I can say with certainty that this single change would have led me and many others I know to give mtgox a much higher rating.
