I feel like I’ve been stuck in a long commitment with them. I wish I had more time to find a better provider! Their service is a complete disappointment. When I report an issue, it takes ages to hear back, and they just claim 'your router is fine.' So why am I experiencing frequent outages? The connection speed is painfully slow, and I’ve gone days without internet! Even tethering to my phone provides a better connection! Because of these issues, I haven’t been able to turn on the heating, check my doorbell, or control my lights—all of which rely on the internet! The list goes on... perhaps a score of 2 is too generous.
