Update: After much back and forth, the store offered me a 20% discount on the defective item. My experience was quite disappointing. My order arrived on October 28 (almost 4 weeks later), and a defect occurred shortly after normal use. When I reported it, the shop was unhelpful, adhering strictly to internal policies and disregarding basic consumer rights. Their customer service was not supportive.
