I purchased a pair of sneakers from this store and received them on time; however, the size was incorrect. I requested a return on October 30, 2025. The product was sent back correctly, but I haven't heard anything about my refund since then. I've contacted support, but the responses are always the same: they are reviewing it. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store for purchases.
