After the holidays, I attempted to contact the support team to check on my order but couldn't get through. I assumed the parcel had shipped and was just delayed due to the holidays. After multiple calls, I only received a poor recorded message stating the lines were closed, despite calling during the stated hours. Over three weeks later, I finally reached someone at the company, only to find out there was no update on my order and it likely hadn't even been processed. Many other reviews reflect similar issues; I should have checked those before ordering. I found the same item elsewhere for about £10 more, but it was actually in stock with next-day delivery. I canceled my order with the company and will not use them again. The lesson here: avoid purchasing from this company. You'll be misled into thinking the item is available when it isn't, wasting your valuable time.
