After more than three weeks, I finally reached someone, only to learn my order likely hadn't been processed. Numerous other reviews echo similar frustrations; I wish I had checked them before purchasing. I found the same item from another seller for about £10 more, but it was actually in stock with next-day delivery. I canceled my order and will not consider using this company again. The takeaway: avoid buying from this company. You may think the item is available when it isn't, leading to wasted time.
