Hi there, I spoke to Shaheed Shaid on the 2nd of July (apparently works for Mtn outsource called Ignition) I wanted to cancel my contracts which were about to end and he told me to sign up for 12 months which has no exit fees if I want to cancel I can cancel at anytime. I was misled and I want a call recording for this as I will be laying charges if this incorrect information. I know where ignition is in Mhlanga and if I do not get any response from higher management I will personally be there it it not gonna be nice.Regards Nosipho
