hi why my bill has increased like this?
There things that i dont understand in my invoice , please explain to me , i would like to take this to the next level as this is not the first time , from 552 to 713 per month that's highly impossible
MTN customer service has the most incompetent people that provides the poorest and shittiest service ever. I have been struggling with the issue whereby 3 out of 5 people can't get hold of me on a normal phone call for almost a month now, but I can phone out with no problem.
This issue was logged with MTN since the beginning of February 2026, the referance no has been created, and I get told that they have made notes on this ref no to get this issue sorted out. I gave them a different number to phone me after they said they would call me within 2 hours, which did not happen.
Upon phoning MTN again today, I was told that there are no notes made on the ref no, and they do not know what the issue is. So for almost a month, MTN has done fuckol about this issue and just left it.
Mtn Ghana is one of the worst telecommunications providers in Ghana. They don't respect their clients, always giving you the standard customer speil without actually sorting the problem their service is causing their users
We have been experiencing inadequate router coverage since December 2025. The company continues to charge us monthly for a service that is not being provided. Despite multiple complaints, they only issue reference numbers and falsely mark them as resolved without any actual solutions. This amounts to misrepresentation and unfair business practices. Recently, we spoke with two agents and called again today, speaking to two more representatives. Yet, the problem remains unresolved. We keep receiving the same ineffective instructions: restart, reboot, reset, while the issue persists. Today's reference number is linked to our account. Despite our repeated requests, there have been no callbacks, and we are forced to use our own airtime to address the company's shortcomings. According to basic consumer law, customers are entitled to receive the service they are paying for. Charging for a non-functional service is unlawful and unacceptable. The company must provide a clear resolution plan within 24 hours, issue billing credits or reimbursements, or we will escalate this matter to the relevant authorities.
★☆☆☆☆ Deeply Disappointed – Fraudulent Account & No Help There is an entirely unacceptable fraudulent account under my name with the company. I have never opened an account with them, yet I was charged for three months. I promptly informed the company, submitted all necessary documents to their fraud department, and followed every instruction provided. Despite my efforts, no progress was made. Instead of addressing the issue, the company tarnished my credit record for an account that was never mine. After months of waiting, I had to visit a store in person. Even the store manager reached out to the fraud department, only to find out that no action had been taken at all. It has been six months, and the company has still not resolved the issue or cleared my name. This experience has been extremely frustrating and utterly unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company — their lack of responsibility and failure to address fraud is astounding. If this matter is not resolved soon, I will be seeking legal assistance.
After purchasing a travel SIM at the airport, I have been bombarded with constant spam texts. Despite adjusting settings in the app to prevent this, the messages continue. This invasion of privacy is extremely frustrating, and I will choose a different provider next time.
