He called me back and kept me updated. Although the issue isn’t completely resolved yet, he reassured me, stayed on the line, and demonstrated genuine ownership and care. That alone made a significant difference after weeks of stress. This is not just good customer service; it is exceptional customer service. The representative is professional, empathetic, proactive, and truly cares about those he assists. His level of service surpassed all my expectations today. I sincerely hope he progresses within the organization because he understands how to properly take care of customers, and that is a rare quality.
