MTVH has not provided a satisfactory resolution to my problem. I reached out to confirm follow-up actions regarding the roof repairs. Water is penetrating the tiles and getting trapped in the felt, leading to moisture issues throughout the loft. The water primarily drips above the bedroom, fostering black mold growth in the corner. Being asthmatic, the constant presence of mold in my sleeping area is extremely worrisome. I understand that addressing the mold is futile without resolving the roof issue. I called for an update on the roof repair, only to be informed that there had been no further inquiries. Imagine that—no additional follow-up on a leaking roof that's encouraging mold in our bedroom. They assured me they would submit a request for inquiry and schedule a roof repair appointment.Subsequently, I received an email, unrelated to any roof repair updates, reiterating that the mold issue couldn't be addressed until the roof is fixed. Instead of tackling the root cause of the leak, I keep receiving the same automated response.My call wasn't about dealing with the mold, as I’m well aware it can't be addressed until the roof is fixed. I sought an update on the roof itself, only to be misdirected again with an irrelevant reply.Additionally, I was informed that the excess moisture on our bedroom windows and doors results from insufficient heating or the need for thicker curtains. We already have very thick curtains, reinforced with stitched blankets. The heating has been varied, yet moisture persists, causing mold. The suggested HG Mold Spray requires caution for asthmatics, needing 12-24 hours to ventilate if used in a sleeping area. This has aggravated my lungs, forcing us to sleep in the living room during application.The mold spray offers only a temporary solution. Despite using it, along with curtains and heating adjustments, condensation remains a daily issue. I've discovered that the door and window sealants, including those in the living room, have deteriorated, letting in a cold draft. This degradation is the

Anyone who complains will be targeted with a campaign of malicious harrassment untill they stop requesting repair work to be carried out. They confuse, manipulate, bully and refuse to acknowledge any form of accountability.
All they are intrested in is money.
This will be escalated.

I’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue since December 28 that remains unresolved. I’ve reached out multiple times, and honestly, most interactions were frustrating, with unfulfilled promises of callbacks, being transferred around, and feeling overlooked. Today, a representative answered my call, and it truly changed the entire experience. From the moment he picked up, he listened attentively and ensured he fully grasped the situation. He didn’t rush me, didn’t dismiss my concerns, and didn’t just redirect me to the engineering team. He went above and beyond, helped me file another complaint, personally contacted the contractors for me, and most importantly, he followed through on his promises. He called me back and kept me updated. Although the issue isn’t completely resolved yet, he reassured me, stayed on the line, and demonstrated genuine ownership and care. That alone made a significant difference after weeks of stress. This is not just good customer service; it is exceptional customer service. The representative is professional, empathetic, proactive, and truly cares about those he assists. His level of service surpassed all my expectations today. I sincerely hope he progresses within the organization because he understands how to properly take care of customers, and that is a rare quality.
