I called, Alex immediately processed the order and had it shipped out the same day. He then followed up with me and subsequently with Royal Mail chasing the parcel when it didn't arrive as expected. Great customer service. The gloves I ordered were too small for me. The muay thailand team did their best to sort out replacements and when they didn't work out, a refund was processed really quickly. Really knowledgeable and helpful. Have ordered from them before and will order from them again.
