I bought a 'buy one/get one' deal for mini skis for my boyfriend and me, but the promotion was extremely misleading. It wasn't clearly stated that the 'buy one/get one' offer was for a SINGLE ski; the images suggested a set, and it seemed like a second set would be added to my cart. It wasn't until I received my order that I noticed in the expanded description that it was for just one ski, with the second ski being the 'free' item. If I had known this, I would have chosen another vendor, as their prices were better and they sold them as a SET instead of a SINGLE ski, which makes no sense to me.
This review serves as a heads-up… the company is based in the UK, not the USA. This clarifies many reviews regarding shipping problems. Surprisingly, my order arrived in a reasonable time frame to the US. The main issue for me was the return/exchange process. Since the company is overseas, returning the product would cost me $350. Considering the roller blades are priced at $150, that’s not feasible. Hence, I’m leaving this review. The 365-day return policy doesn’t matter if the buyer has to cover expensive return shipping! Additionally, note that the roller blades tend to run large, so consider ordering a half size smaller! Just a tip!
I placed an order expecting it to arrive before Christmas, but the item has yet to show up. After numerous emails and spending an entire day on the phone with customer service, I've received no response. I feel completely overlooked. I regret not choosing a different platform for my order.
Extremely misleading and frustrating! I ordered a snow scooter, and the promotion indicated a free pair of mini gliders (mini skis that don't require ski boots). With two kids, I thought it made sense to purchase an additional set. However, I only received one set. After multiple attempts to reach out via email and phone, I finally spoke to someone who claimed it was a system error. They stated that it was only a single glider and that I needed to buy another to complete the pair. The representative was quite assertive and unhelpful, refusing to process a refund or send the extra glider. Now, there's a note on the site stating that there's only one glider per set, but the original description still claims it's a pair, and the images clearly depict two gliders. This is very misleading.
Extremely disappointing service with exceptionally slow delivery. It took nearly 3 weeks from placing the order to receiving it, and they cannot provide a clear delivery date. The website claims 4-6 days, which is completely misleading. I attempted to call several times for updates, but they offered no useful information and were unhelpful, showing little concern. They also do not respond to emails. My son is left without a Christmas gift. I strongly advise avoiding this seller! At this point, I am uncertain if they are legitimate.
I ordered two pairs of ice skates – one in size 5 and one in size 4. Only one pair arrived in the correct size, while the other was sent in the wrong size, which was clearly their mistake. When I attempted to return the incorrect pair, I was shocked to find out that I would have to pay £12 for return shipping, despite the error being entirely theirs. This is entirely unfair and unacceptable customer service. A company should always take responsibility for its own errors. Charging customers for returns due to their mistakes is very disappointing. Due to this experience, I will not be ordering from this company again and do not recommend their service.
Be cautious when placing an order with this service. I ordered two skateboards and helmets for my twins' 11th birthday on November 13. The expected delivery was 3-5 days, but it's now December 1 and they still haven't arrived. My boys are very disappointed as their birthday has passed without gifts. I've reached out to customer support, but I'm getting nowhere. The package has been stuck at a distribution center for a week with no updates. I've asked about reshipping or help, but they keep saying they are waiting for a reply from the delivery company. This has been very frustrating.
I ordered a scooter for my son on November 26 and still haven’t received it. It hasn't even been shipped yet, and I can't track it. My account shows no record of the order. I spoke with them this morning and was told it should ship soon. I'll wait a few more days, but if I don't receive confirmation, I'll ask my bank for a refund. I'm concerned about the legitimacy of the website, but it seems they are just very slow.
I received one of the two scooters I ordered as Christmas gifts for my kids. The box arrived damaged and is missing a part for assembly. I'm unsure if it fell out during shipping or if it was never included. I wasn't aware that the company is based in another country; perhaps they should consider better packaging for long-distance shipping. I've emailed them since there's no other way to contact customer service. I hope they can resolve this issue and that the second scooter arrives undamaged.
