They can block SIM without prior notification in case you haven't used it as much in way they like, as an option to reactivate SIM you have to buy voucher for 20 CHF at some kiosk, cos your account blocked as well, and they simply don't provide option to pay it online.After all mentioned, you'll get a notice that your remaining credit is lost.UPDI've sent feedback to their support, and they confirmed - something went wrong with way and sequence of notifications, so they return my previous credit balance. I give for this +2 stars, they care, me too.
