Support is nearly unexisting! They don't reply to the requests via the request form, and they don't pick up the hotline. However, you can only cancel through the hotline... Go figure!
I was on holiday, in Africa, coming back finding a new Mucho simcard in my letter box on 15th of January 2026,I took insert do as I was instructed to do,since then it's writing NO registered Network, I can't receive or call any more, the mucho customer service number you can call the whole day NO one picks,no any update about,my simcard, I tried to update but Nothing,please i need help.or my someone showme of any sim card provider to call Africa. Deceitful and dishonest business practices. They offer cheap rates for mobile data and sell you "EU data roaming without limits", but you'll find they cap at about 500 kB/s when you're abroad. It seems that when someone inquires about the limit, they will just respond that you "exceeded the 90% average" without giving any actual numbers, whatsoever. I used less than 4 GB in a month! Stay away from this terrible company!
