Terrible support and misleading information about shipping. I opted for expedited shipping that was promised but arrived late. After arriving in the USA, I placed the same order for three times the cost. They keep claiming every few days that it will be dispatched today. It's been eleven days, and they continue to provide excuses and tracking numbers that don’t update. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
