Extremely poor customer service and untruthful about shipping. I opted for expedited shipping as they assured, but the delivery was delayed in India. After arriving in the USA, I reordered and paid significantly more. They continuously claim it will be shipped today, yet it's been eleven days with no progress, only excuses and unhelpful tracking numbers. I will be filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities.
