I ordered two cabinets, but they arrived without the necessary hardware (screws, etc.). After waiting over a week, the company sent the hardware, only for us to discover they also sent the wrong parts (the cabinet sides were for a different model). After two more weeks of waiting, I still don’t have the cabinets I paid a premium for. The company refuses to offer any compensation in this situation.
