Incorrect Parts Received for Closet Order

I received the wrong components for my closet order. They looked similar, but I couldn’t assemble it properly with these parts. After a long wait for delivery, I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning it. The final result looks similar, but the parts aren’t securely connected. While it appears decent, it feels a bit unstable. The quality is acceptable for the price.

Disappointing Quality

The design is appealing, but the quality is very poor. I only realized this after putting everything together; the wood is subpar and the pieces don’t fit well, making everything uneven. It looks nice, but I’m concerned about the overall quality.

Frustrating Purchase Experience

I ordered two cabinets, but they arrived without the necessary hardware (screws, etc.). After waiting over a week, the company sent the hardware, only for us to discover they also sent the wrong parts (the cabinet sides were for a different model). After two more weeks of waiting, I still don’t have the cabinets I paid a premium for. The company refuses to offer any compensation in this situation.

Poor Experience with Damaged Items

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. I ordered a bed frame and mattress, and the furniture arrived damaged. Some boxes were already opened, and it was evident that some had been stepped on. I had paid for a varnished bed, but only the visible parts were actually varnished, which seems illogical. Customer support was responsive, which is why I’m giving this 2 stars instead of 1. I returned everything and received a refund after about 1.5 to 2 weeks.
