Unfortunately, my experience was not good. I ordered a bed frame and mattress, and the furniture arrived damaged. Some boxes were already opened, and it was evident that some had been stepped on. I had paid for a varnished bed, but only the visible parts were actually varnished, which seems illogical. Customer support was responsive, which is why I’m giving this 2 stars instead of 1. I returned everything and received a refund after about 1.5 to 2 weeks.
