The worst company ever. I ordered an item at the beginning of December that was supposed to be used on Christmas Eve. I never received it, and whenever I contacted their service, they sent me a standard reply saying it was on its way. I have written to them innumerable times saying that I want my money back, and every time I get a crappy standard reply. Never buy anything from here. Ridiculous company in China with unbelievably bad service. On their site it says that it is a company based in the Netherlands, and that is a lie.
