The worst company ever. I ordered an item at the beginning of December that was supposed to be used on Christmas Eve. I never received it, and whenever I contacted their service, they sent me a standard reply saying it was on its way. I have written to them innumerable times saying that I want my money back, and every time I get a crappy standard reply. Never buy anything from here. Ridiculous company in China with unbelievably bad service. On their site it says that it is a company based in the Netherlands, and that is a lie.
Steer clear of this seller. You will not receive your items, as they will repeatedly assert that the order is stuck at customs without any actual updates. I ordered two months ago and still have not received anything. I've requested a refund but only get automated replies. Customer service is non-existent.

They sent me a game camera without a memory card. The card that might fit is unusually small, and I couldn’t find one elsewhere. Their customer service isn’t able to send me a card. Instead of refunding my purchase, they keep offering discounts on a new item. They say I can return the original item, but the shipping costs will be equal to the price of the camera. It feels like I’m communicating with a bot because no real person would suggest I spend more money to buy something else when the first item is unusable.
