If I could give a zero, I would. The customer service is dreadful. After 11 (I just counted them) emails to them, I still have no answer to my question and no direction as to how I can move forward. This started in April. ‘Support’ referred me to email addresses that either don’t exist or are not ‘manned’. They have referred me to ‘forms’ that don’t exist when you look at their website forms list. Avoid this organisation like the plague. If it’s possible, AFCA needs to look at this.
