I was pleased to find my mum's favourite perfume (Angel) available in the UK as last few times I needed to rely on buying those from duty free during my travels. I created an account on their website and was pleased to see that as a welcome bonus they instantly sent me the voucher for 15% off when I spend £50! Bonus. Well it would be if the actual code worked. I tried several times but no luck. Still wanting to buy a Xmas gift for my mum I decided to proceed thinking that contacting their customer services would solve the issue and refund could be issued for the code which I was not able to use. I contacted them few minutes after placing the order. Hmmm Customer Service they advertise on their website is non existent. Over the past couple weeks I have message them three times and... still nothing. Not even an apology or any form of contact. I appreciate this can be a busy time but taking more than 2 weeks to respond to a simple query is simply taking a p***Every time I sent the message I receive an automated email stating that the query was received and I will be contacted shortly!?!? Maybe the only way to get their attention is to post the bad review on here?Mugler.co.uk time to get your act together!
