I ordered a mugler Aura refill in the sale , £86 instead of £104 , the order seemed to be taking a while , I kept checking stock , it was still for sale, still is ...I have screenshots .
I got an email today saying they are going to refund me as the item is out of stock ! Clearly didn't want me to have it at the reduced price ! If it's out of stock why is it still on sale ???? They were dismissive over emails so I rang the mugler phone number and was told they would escalate and email me back ....no email , I'm not surprised . Considering it's such a huge company I'm really disappointed as I've loved Mugler for years and spent hundreds and hundreds on their perfumes . Terrible customer service .

I'm quite frustrated, especially after reaching out to customer service and being advised to email my complaint along with pictures of my codes, which I did through the app, yet still no points were added. This feels like deceptive selling, and I feel cheated. Out of principle, I will not be using the site again. It's disappointing, especially since I've never had issues with the app until the company changed hands and moved to a new group.

UPDATE: The company sent a discount code and responded quickly to my inquiry. I'm willing to try again, as I do love the scent.
I had a wonderful first-time shopping experience online! I bought a gift set for Mother's Day, and even though my mum hasn't opened it yet, I know she'll love the perfume. The set was just what I wanted, fairly priced, and arrived quickly. I highly recommend shopping with this company!
