I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered several high-value items, and when the package arrived, it was damaged. I filmed myself opening it, only to find the jacket was missing. I reached out to customer service and opened a case, but after 11 days, I still have no updates. This level of service is unacceptable, especially since the jacket was intended as a Christmas gift. I expected much better from a luxury brand.
