I bought a 50ml bottle of my favorite discontinued scent and was devastated to find it was off. After contacting the company and sending proof, I received no further communication. After many follow-ups, I opened a case via PayPal, but they closed it in the seller's favor without my knowledge. I am furious that I spent a significant amount on a product I can’t use. This has been a terrible experience, and I advise others to be cautious.
