Not happy at all. The whole process is unprofessional and lacking in all areas. Recieved the bonus items but not the expensive gift set I bought. You receive so many emails but they are useless as you can't track anything. After calling customwr service who said the gift set was not packed I the order as the money wasnt took from my bank on there side a issue. but they will refund me? Money was actually took from my account so that's rubbish and I was refunded. So i dont see why the gift set was not sent. Customer service was very helpful but I feel I have no real explanation to what happened.COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
