Awful customer care , the worst I’ve experienced in 40 years ! immensely lacked customer care, compassion and appreciation towards their loyal customers ! They failed to replace a faulty item and lacked interest in finding a reasonable solution instead they offered a 15% discount for my next purchase , utterly ridiculous! Considering 15% discounts and 20% ones are always available online ! Extremely dissatisfied with their customer care as it remains inadequate.
