Didn’t realise my order had been left with a neighbour as the tracking info on muglers page didn’t show that. When I emailed them they wanted me to do all the running around, check with neighbours, check with courier, check with sorting office. I didn’t even know, until I used a parcel tracking app, that DPD were the couriers Anyway, customer service experience aside, happy with the transaction and order.
