I'd like to make a complaint about the customer services with mugler, I've been intouch with mugler for a few months now about a faulty 10ml handbag size perfume of the goddess alien, sent picture of the bottle spoken to the retail I bought it from , and they said I need to message customer service at mugler, I did that as it is mugler that made the faulty bottle. I had no longer had the receipt as it had been a while since the purchase ,but sent a bank statement copy of the transaction, that wasn't good enough , I even mentioned I only want an empty 10ml bottle to replace the faulty as I'm losing perfume out of it still, no luck I feel I have been dealt with unfairly , I'm a honest hard working woman and asking for a reasonable solution but just keep getting no help very disappointed with mugler L'Oréal
