The courier DPD that was meant to deliver my parcel sent me a text message on 2 separate occasions telling me when they would attempt to deliver my parcel. I stayed in on the 2 occasions they were meant to deliver to me and they did not attempt delivery at any point. They then delivered my parcel to DPD pickup point which I did not choose and I had to pick up the delivery myself. Mugler would do well to use a different courier. I will not be ordering anything else from mugler website because of my experience.
