Appalling customer service - No replies to emails unless raised on trustpilot!In Spring, I opened my 100ml EDP bottle to find that the Angel inside had turned green. Contacted customer services by their contact form in May, no reply. Spoke to someone named Charlie in June who sent me a reference and asked for photos and more information, which I sent. I received an acknowledgement of the information and photos but despite chasing this four times since - still did not have the courtesy of a reply. In desperation I left a trust pilot review - and that finally prompted a response and agreement of replacement. However, I'm expected to return the green perfume to France but was not provided with any kind of reference to include so that it would be matched to my complaint. I've been chasing Mugler for a month to provide that reference but still no reply. Given my experience I have zero confidence that if I send the bottle to an address in France it will actually be linked to my complaint! It's genuinely the worse customer service I've ever experienced.
