Having been a customer for over 35 years and spending a significant amount, I have the app that allows me to collect points by entering codes from my perfume boxes. Recently, I bought three perfumes—two online and one from a different retailer. Upon entering my unique codes, I expected to receive 900 points, but they never registered. I already had 930 points and was planning to redeem my free gift of 10 ml of perfume at 1800 points. I'm quite frustrated, especially after reaching out to customer service and being advised to email my complaint along with pictures of my codes, which I did through the app, yet still no points were added. This feels like deceptive selling, and I feel cheated. Out of principle, I will not be using the site again. It's disappointing, especially since I've never had issues with the app until the company changed hands and moved to a new group.
