I ordered a feeding bowl on April 17th, over 3 weeks ago. I haven't gotten any shipping updates or anything. I've already emailed the company 3 times with no response back. If there's a back up regarding the virus that's fine, but I would've liked to be informed. But still nothing. I would ask for my money back but they don't reply to you, so that's pointless. Not sure where to go from here other than bad reviews because clearly customer service is non existent.
