I did not receive what I expected and believed I had paid for. Additionally, I was informed that delivery would be in the afternoon, but they arrived around 8:30. I specifically requested not to be called at home due to my hearing impairment and provided a mobile number for texts. However, they still called the landline around 8, and I was still in bed and did not hear it. I made it clear that I cannot hear anything without my cochlear implant. I will not use this service again.
