Kevin snd Gary were very professional and helpful. I ordered a riser recliner chair as I have a tumour in my back and cannot stand from sitting. The chair is amazing and I can now stand without help. The whole experience with Muick Sandy was incredible from talking to Megan and deciding what I needed to the positioning of the chair in our lounge. Thank you very much. I would recommend this company whole hardly.
Had a great service from muick sandy the drivers jack and Aaron were amazing so nice and pleasant was nice to have a good chat with them and talk about my new scooter f3. I love it in the blue colour, jack went through everything on the scooter how to fold how to charge etc very pleasant I appreciated the drivers calling me with a good ETA time very happy with there service the scooter is goin to help me alot I been stuck instead my house for 4 years so this is going to give me my freedom back I look forward to driving out and about in the fresh air thank you and thank-you for helping me sort out the insurance for it great package easy to sort out thank you
My overall experience with this service was truly impressive. They kept me informed about my purchase and delivery status throughout the process. The delivery representative was very accommodating, making sure I understood everything about my scooter until I was completely satisfied. Furthermore, the initial salesperson who visited my home made me feel comfortable, never pushing me to make a purchase.
What can I say? The representative prioritized my mother's safety and needs during the entire visit. They were incredibly kind and caring, making us feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend their service. We were initially unsure, but now feel confident that my mother will regain some of her independence. Thank you once again!

I had a fantastic experience from the initial visit by a representative who took me on a scooter driving test! He guided me through various maneuvers, and while I was disappointed not to receive a certificate, he successfully made a sale. He was the best sales representative I've encountered, genuinely caring and understanding my needs.
I did not receive what I expected and believed I had paid for. Additionally, I was informed that delivery would be in the afternoon, but they arrived around 8:30. I specifically requested not to be called at home due to my hearing impairment and provided a mobile number for texts. However, they still called the landline around 8, and I was still in bed and did not hear it. I made it clear that I cannot hear anything without my cochlear implant. I will not use this service again.
