I placed an order and was charged 11 days ago, but the product has yet to be shipped, and I haven't received any updates. When I reached out to the customer service team, I received a generic email outlining their policy. They mentioned that if I don't receive my order within 25 days, processing a refund will take another 15 days. If I don't follow up within 3 months, I may not get my refund. Can management please address this situation? It's quite disappointing!
