First purchase, and will never be buying at Muji again! This store has the most ridiculous policy I have ever dealt with. Purchased a hoodie, size was wrong, and had gone to a different city. Tried to return the item in brand new condition with tag and receipt, only to be told that, because I paid on credit card, I had to return to the original store where purchased was made! I couldn’t believe the stupidity! I then went to about three other stores along my travels and was told the exact same thing. I eventually literally went back to that city, that specific store, only to return it and leave again for another city. They returned it, and refunded the full amount. And then, I had to make a separate transaction because I needed to pay the 10c for the shopping bag!!! Unbelievable! Ridiculous, petty, and downright dumbest store ever! Just got to Uniqlo instead!!!
An order was placed and charged 11 days ago, yet the product has not been shipped, with no updates from the company. I reached out to the support team and received a generic email outlining their policy. I was informed that if I don't receive the item within 25 days, it will take an additional 15 days to process a refund. Additionally, if I don't receive the refund, I must contact the company within 3 months or I won't be eligible for one. Can the management please address the issues within the company? This is truly disappointing!
I placed an order, and after 18 days, it still hasn't been dispatched. I've been charged for it, yet there has been no communication regarding the delay. Despite sending three messages through the contact page, I have received no resolution. I will avoid this service in the future and will be reporting this experience.

Terrible customer service. I've been waiting nearly a month for my refund to be processed. They have the tracking information and know the return was received, yet when I followed up, they ignored 6 out of 7 of my emails. Eventually, they responded with a timeline for refunds that has already passed. I may have to escalate this with my bank to get my money back. I won't be dealing with them online again.
I had a disappointing experience. I ordered on the 12th, and it took 8 days for delivery. I requested the package be delivered to a neighbor ahead of time. However, my neighbor's door camera showed no delivery, yet the delivery person claimed it was delivered. After providing evidence of non-delivery, I've followed up with the company but have received no response for 5 days. This has wasted my trust and money.
Avoid ordering online. The customer service has been dreadful. I placed my order on the 6th of November, and today is the 12th, yet it hasn’t been dispatched? They processed my payment quickly but have been silent since. This was meant to be a gift for my daughter, and I can't find a customer service phone number. I expect transparency, not silence after you've taken my money!
I wish I had checked the reviews first. I ordered an item that was in stock and paid a hefty delivery fee, yet after 11 days, it still hasn't been posted, and they can't provide an estimated delivery date. They really don't seem to care.
