Muji UK online is changing my perspective of the rest of the Mujis around the world. They go against everything they are meant to be: trust and quality service.They are the WORST ones. I ordered a bedframe and legs. After I paid for and waited for 2 weeks they send me an email saying that the item is now out of stock (my already paid product? really???) and they are taking more than 2 weeks to redeliver. But when I reply then just to get that date confirmation, no answer to the 3 emails I've sent over a week.And there's nobody to talk to or ask for a refund.I'm extremely dissapointed with this Muji expereince and I can't believe how many people have been having the same problem for a long time but nothing is being done the Muji Global. That tells me they just don't care either.Should all customers unite a make a big lawsuit against them?
