An order was placed and charged 11 days ago, yet the product has not been shipped, with no updates from the company. I reached out to the support team and received a generic email outlining their policy. I was informed that if I don't receive the item within 25 days, it will take an additional 15 days to process a refund. Additionally, if I don't receive the refund, I must contact the company within 3 months or I won't be eligible for one. Can the management please address the issues within the company? This is truly disappointing!
