This is my second pair. The ordering process was straightforward. Customer service was prompt and addressed my concern immediately. I was waiting for a 20% discount that I thought was coming. I got impatient and ordered with a 10% discount instead. The next day, I received an email for a 15% discount. I called customer service to cancel my order for a re-order with the 15% discount. They arranged a 5% refund instead, which I appreciated. I received the credit in a few days. Later, I got an email for a 20% discount, but I decided to leave it as is. Regarding the product - the soles are hard and not very comfortable. So why did I buy a second pair? I like the style and added a soft insole to my first pair, which I will do for my second pair too. Also, note that all footwear adds some height, usually around 0.75 to 1.5 inches. The product will elevate you by about an extra inch. When I ordered my first pair, I found the sizing to be a bit smaller than other shoes I wear. I ordered my usual size 9, but it was too snug. I contacted customer service for the return process or to re-order a size 9.5. They promptly sent me a size 9.5. With the insole, it’s still a bit snug, but manageable. For my second pair, I ordered a size 10, and with the insole, it’s perfect! It’s comfortable, stylish, and enhances my height.
