I ordered 3 toe nail pens, but 2 became defective after the 14-day return window, and they refused to replace them. The first one worked fine, but I opened the second one later, and it stopped working within days. I emailed the company, opened the third one, and it was also faulty. I sent them a video, but they denied my request for replacements due to their 14-day policy, which doesn't clarify what to do with faulty items. I've asked for the CEO's email, but they won't provide it. They should be replacing the pens. Terrible customer service.
